[2017-1] (형사클리닉) 지도교수님과의 만남(3월)

① 세미나의 목적

지난 학기에 활동했던 학생들이 자료를 준비하여 직접 형사소송 문서를 작성하는 연습을 했습니다.

② 세미나 세부 내용

가. 형사변호문례집의 사례 풀이: 지도교수님이신 강수진 교수님께서 제공해주신 형사변호문례집을 참조하여 간단한 사례를 구성했습니다. 그리고 그 사례를 프로젝터를 통해서 함께 보면서 의견서와 변론요지서 작성 방향을 토론했습니다.

나. 지도 교수님과의 식사: 세미나 후에는 강수진 교수님께서 찾아오셔서 학생들을 격려해주시고 함께 식사하는 자리도 가졌습니다. 특히 학생들이 장래 진로를 설계함에 있어서 형사클리닉 활동을 통해서 배울 수 있는 부분을 세심하게 지적해주시기도 해서 유익한 시간이 되었습니다.
